TrèsBienville

ULI's annual Hines competition brings together architecture, planning, and finance students for a challenging task- create a master plan and funding strategy for a real-life district in just two weeks.

TrèsBienville was a team effort to create a redevelopment strategy to help spur reinvestment in central New Orleans, the 2015 Hines site. In this project, I served as the team's urban planning and policy lead, researching public policy, land uses and zoning requirements, current demographics, and possible funding structures to address our ambitious plan to bring down the I-10 overpass runinng through the site. I also designed the final presentation board and made the 2-D maps, graphics, and charts.
